Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple juice
Juice of 1 lemon
2 apples
1 banana
1/2 inch piece of gingerroot, peeled
1/2 tsp dried Chamomile Flowers
1/2 tsp Slippery Elm Powder

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons whole flaxseeds
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup unsweetened frozen berries
1 small banana, sliced

Directions:
Place the flaxseeds in dry blender, cover, and blend until ground into a fine powder. Add the orange juice, yogurt, berries, and banana. Cover and blend until smooth and creamy.

1 cup of coffee chilled
1 tsp of sugar, honey, or chocolate syrup( to flavor to yoru liking)
1 banana cut into chunks
1/2 cup of whole milk

Directions:
Blend the milk, coffee and bananas until there is a smoothe texture. Taste to see if it is to your liking, add the sugar or honey and blend until desired flavor. Simple, quick and easy

• 1 fresh, raw avocado (just the meat part)

• 1 quart (32 fluid ounces) of raw almond milk (or soy milk, hemp milk, cow milk or whatever milk you use)

• 1 fresh, raw Asian pear (or regular pear, or banana, depending on taste)
